SHIPPING POLICY
We work exclusively with USPS 2-3 day priority mail and we only ship Monday - Tuesday to ensure your item arrives before the weekend. If you place your order Tuesday 2PM PST onward your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
We carefully wrap the soil with a slightly damp paper towel and tape it over to prevent any soil from spilling or drying out. We then wrap the entire plant in light packaging paper then we tape it in the box to prevent moving or shifting during shipment. During the colder months we put in 72 hour heat
RETURN POLICY
If your plant arrives damaged or appears to be unhealthy in any way, please email us directly at rootsandthistle@gmail.com; there is also a contact form near the bottom of this page. We pride ourselves in offering healthy plants that travel well to their new homes so please reach out if you had an issue. We are happy to work with you to find a positive solution.
